Children up to and including 4 years old can stay free of charge.
Children from 4 years old to 12 years old can stay with %50 discount of adult price.
Children elder than 12 years old will be priced as adult.
Baby coat or extra adult bed can be given only to Superior rooms.

Here is our deposit policy;
To ensure the safety and maintenance of our hotel rooms, a deposit is required during the check-in
process. This deposit is necessary for covering any damages not caused by the hotel. This deposit is

1. Room Inspection: After check-out, the room will be inspected for damages or missing items.
2. No Issues Found:
For cash payments: The deposit will be returned in cash.
For credit card payments: The pre-authorization will be canceled.
3. Issues Found: If damages exceed the deposit amount, additional charges will be applied to cover
the full extent of the damage.
Documentation
Guests must submit the deposit form to the reception to initiate the refund process. A signed receipt
will be provided to confirm the refund.
This process is carried out in accordance with Turkish laws and regulations.

3. Sorun Varsa: Hasar depozito tutarını aşarsa, zarara uygun ek ücret tahsil edilir.
Belgeler
Depozito iadesi için misafirlerimiz depozito formunu resepsiyona teslim etmelidir. İade işlemi
yapıldığına dair imzalı bir belge verilecektir.
Bu süreç, Türk hukuku ve mevzuatına uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmektedir.
